Nothing but praise for Kristine and the Crow’s Nest team. With this real estate market, being able to get a quality inspection fast is key. We were able to schedule Kristine within two days of our agent contacting her, she was on time and turned our inspection report around the following morning as promised.

But more than that, Kristine was thorough without being ticky-tacky. She knows her stuff and it shows. She took us through all the systems and aspects of our new construction home and explained how all they all work and what we need to do to ensure our house is well maintained and cared for – it was an education in addition to the inspection. She explains without overwhelming.

Kristine is also super personable, a big plus in my book. Highly recommend!
