FUNDAMENTALS OF HOME INSPECTION
Our coursework and presentation materials are written by the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) and follow the content outline of the NHIE and the State of Washington WAC 308-408C. Emphasis is placed on Washington state inspection laws, standards of practice, business practices, communication, and ethics. Included in the course is the NHIE Home Inspection Manual & Study Guide.
Learn from our professional home inspectors how to put your classroom experience to work in the field. A minimum of five actual home inspections done to the standards of practice must be completed under the supervision of a licensed inspector within the included 40 hours of course work. Field training will be tailored to student’s schedule and available inspection dates.
