We are experts in Home Inspections and Residential Energy Audits, committed to giving our clients an unbiased, thorough detailed inspection of your property. As the Crow‘s Nest of a ship looks out for upcoming sea conditions, we are on the lookout for your home. We believe the client communication and education process are the keys to our service. We explain the significance of the defects in understandable terms to the client. Also, we help the client become better home owners by suggesting helpful maintenance expectations and tips along the way.

What To Expect
We encourage the client to attend the inspection as the inspection provides invaluable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. You will gain insight into the maintenance and energy conservation steps tailored specifically to your home.
Expect the typical home inspection to take between 2 and 3 hours. At the end of the inspection, the client will receive a summary of the identified defects for repair or replacement. Within a 24 hour time period, we email a detailed inspection report with digital pictures included.
